Good for at home workouts
I got this to help with at home work outs. So far, it's been great, it's sturdy, it stays where it needs to be. It doesn't cause any issues with my door closing.

I had this for over 2 months and it's held up great, no problems, it's got a great foam roll, to where it won't damage doors, fits doors, and does it's job for many resistance bands excersises, and not a bad price!
