A: Yes, this product contains sugar alcohol, not sugar. It is sugar-free

**Q: What is the actual sugar amount in each assorted candy?**
A: Zero sugar. The alcohol sugars cancel out any sugar added.

**Q: What are these sweetened with?**
A: these cheap sugarfree candies are normally sweetened with polyglycol syrup or sugar alcohols.  They do raise blood sugar levels temporarily.  If you do not want this, ie diabetic like me, you have to spend more money and get "go lightly" or other "expensive" type.

**Q: What are these sweetened with?**
A: I bought the cinnamon candies.  I think they’re sweetened with Truvia or stevia.  Not positive though.
