I bought this with the leg master they are both perfect for indoor workouts especially now the weather is changing.Really simple to use and comes with DVDs and a poster / graphics as a visual aid.Can really take working out at your own pace with lots of different excercise to choose from perfect for all levels.Also compact so no big equipment on display!

I love the pilates bar. Very strong and feels very good quality. The dvds are completely rubbish. I am a beginner and not very agile the beginner dvd does not give proper instructions of how best to stand or how posture should be. It goes through the exercises one by one way to fast by the time I had got down on the floor they were back up to the next which was standing then back on the floor the back to a chair it was all done to quickly for a beginner. No real verbal instructions how to preform the exercise for maximum results. However she did repeat the line if you need stronger resistance wind the band round the bar numerous times. I have found far better instructions on utube from a better instructor. If you buy this because it comes with the dvds don't. Buy one and use utube videos instead save your money. It is a nice quality bar tho.

I bought this as it was a special offer that came with the legmaster and it was a good deal so I thought why not give it a go, I have not been disappointed. If you haven’t got space for big expensive exercise equipment then this is a brilliant cost effective way to get a full body, gym style, workout. It comes with dvds but also links to the online version plus a wall chart showing the exercises. It’s great and I am really enjoying doing the extensive range of exercises you can do with this simple device and am really looking forward to seeing and feeling the results without having to go to the gym in these weird times,

It works for me with the exercises I have to do.

It is easy to use, but sometimes I find the straps can rub against you depending on what exercise you do.Very disappointed with the video discs, as they are not keep fit videos to follow just techniques that you can do with the device.

I like the bar but the videos are awful to follow so I'm looking at other videos on youtube

Super convenient in that it rolls up so small for storage, but you can use it to work out loads of different parts of your body. Poster with exercise instructions is great to help you pick your own target areas and sort a routine like squats, biceps, triceps etc and the videos, on the YouTube link, are good so you can see them in action.

I bought both the Leg Master and the Gym Master. My wife loves the Leg Master and I am surprised at how much use I am getting out of the Gym Master. This works really well with the Leg Master as a combi to work muscles and really tone up. I've tried both and I'm impressed. My wife has been recommending this to friends. I think book group might have a change of format!
