It is very thin. won't stick to your mat and move around when you do hot yoga.

Great value!!!
Perfect size to top my yoga mat. One side of the towel is so soft and lovely while the nonslip side keeps the towel firmly in place. This towel absorbs moisture like no other. Warning: don't leave it unattended for long- will be seized by children and pets alike for its softness. I probably should order another one!
