Mera Kona Sea Salt Grinder Refill 6 Oz

I purchased this salt with grinder while visiting the Big Island, Hawaii. I was so pleased to discover it on Amazon! It has less sodium than regular table salt and I like the way it enhances the flavor of the food. I highly recommend this product.

Did not work well in my grinders. Not much flavor to the salt. Threw it out already.

This salt is made from ocean water extracted from the 2000 foot deep OTEC deep ocean pipe on the Kona side of the Big Island. The salt from that depth has less sodium, which is good for me because I have high blood pressure, and better flavor because it has more minerals than normal sea level salt.I live in Hawaii and I’m constantly battling the fact that salt absorbs water, cakes, and doesn’t want to go thru my grinder, but for the improved taste and reduced sodium in willing to keep my salt grinder in a ziplock bag and dry it occasionally.
