Cons: - This dispenser is way too SLOW. It takes about 5 seconds (sometimes more) to give you enough soap to wash your hands with. I suggest you not to put too many amount of soap into this dispenser each time for saving the soap if any trouble occurred about this machine. - Sometimes the light flashed and chime worked but no soap. My experience for solving this problem is getting your hand off temporarily and approach the infrared sensor again (try it 2~3 times). It is just suitable for whom is patient enough. - It is a little hard to clean because it couldn't be separated, but you can pour the water into this dispenser for cleaning.
