Great as a cat deterrent
I know these are meant to be an anti bird thing but they have served as a major anxiety reducing cat safety measure for me lol. Had to buy these to put on the half wall in between my living room and stairwell, because my cat thought the top of that wall over a 20 ft drop to the bottom of the stairs was a great place to play and sleep. Used no residue silicone putty to attach these to the wall w/o any screws; they have stayed FIRMLY in place and have kept my cat from trying to kill herself (at least in this manner). They have been up for several months.FYI these are pretty sharp. Her cat tree is next to the wall, so she can see these spikes from the tree whenever she attempts to get on the wall, so she has never jumped onto the spikes (I wouldn't recommend installing spikes on a surface your cat jumps onto from the floor. I've read that people's cats have done that and stabbed themselves on spikes bad enough for an emergency vet visit) The spikes don't really need to be sharp as a cat deterrent, they just need to be spaced tightly together and talk, preventing the cat from being able to place their paw down. These are great for that.

Great for keeping cats off walls and fences
We purchased this product to help deter our cat from jumping to the top of the wall in our yard as he chased and hunted the lizards. He stilll hunts, but refuses to jump the wall. Further, it has proven helpful in keeping the raccoons and possums that regularly visit out of the yard at night! We used double sided silicone tape to adhere the strips to the brick wall and they do not move a bit!

Don't stand up to weather and don't deter squirrels
I installed these on top of my vegetable garden fence. They were quite easy to install with zip ties. All seemed good. This year, all the spikes are just falling off (without being touched!). Clearly these aren't designed for outdoor weather and have a short material life span. Not worth the money and effort to install. Also, squirrels don't seem deterred by these pointy spikes and just hop onto them and then down into my tomato patch!

They work
They're on the back wall to keep the cats out. Well they mostly work. They do stay on the concrete wall. A couple have broke but we have a lot of feral cats around here

Perfect
Bought these for my roomate to place on her hamster cages, to keep my birds off. He absolutely hates the spikes and he hates me for it too 🤣 haha. Works great

Cheaper then I expected. But functional.
I used these in hopes to keep my chickens from jumping my fence. The tips were sharper then I needed so had to sand them down a bit. They didnt split apart as I was hoping they would and was forced to cut them Which was a pain. The adhesion wasnt very good with sprinklers hitting them and the triple digit heat here finishing the job on em. If you are trying to get rid of pests and can screw these down, then they should work well. For me and my situation, it just didnt do the job.

Works!
I decided on these because I could not find anything to keep the possums from walking across my fence at night. It started to become a real problem because they would leave piles of runny stool. So, I had to take extreme measures. They realized the first night that they couldn’t cross, and I haven’t seen them since! I just attached with tape and after a while I’ll remove them.

Using to keep racoon off our roof
We have a fence near an eave. It's the last possible way a raccoon could get up onto our roof. We had some roof damage a year ago and pulled our bushes away from the house, but didn't think about the chain link fence that ran near the side. Well, we got more roof damage so I got this product. It didn't come with any way to affix it to anything, but I got some super double-sided tape and some zip ties and between the two, the spikes have stayed firmly in place atop our round top railing. The raccoon hasn't gotten up there again, but has been spotted on numerous other homes in the area. So far so good!
