A: You get 20 pounds in this order not 5.

**Q: Is this price for only ONE bag???**
A: The description says $7.33/lb. I calculate $1.83/lb since package contains four 5 lb bags for a total of 20 lb.

**Q: What is the protein percentage of this flour?**
A: According to their website, it’s between 12.5 and 13.5%. About the same as KA Flour’s basic Bread Flour.

**Q: Has anyone ever used this flour to make pan pizza dough?**
A: You can definitely use it to make pan pizza. It will work perfectly.
