My husband bought this set to use to help relieve the muscle stiffness in his back. The only problem he has is NOT with the massage balls, it's with some of the paint surfaces in our apartment. The semi-gloss paint used on doors isn't a good surface for these massage balls. You need a surface that's been painted with flat paint so the massage ball can grip the surface and better press into your back. He uses the purple massage ball as that has the right amount of firmness for his muscles. I've tried that one, and I like it too. It's good to have 3 firmness levels so you can have a choice depending on your fitness level and amount of muscle stiffness. The massage balls come with a nice bag to store them in as well. We're pleased with our purchase.

I wanted to give myself some time before writing a review. I don't think is a product you can remove from the box and write a review just a couple days later. I took a chance and bought this set about a month ago and I am very happy I did! I've tried another set like this I bought from a local sporting good store but the quality and results don't even come close. I have had a very bad case of plantar fasciitis pain for about 6 years now and I've tried everything to ease the pain and discomfort. After going through the online eBooks and learning how to use these balls I can safely say out of all the products I've used, these have given me by far the best results! Thank you, thank you!!

Love the orange ball! I put it on the wall and roll against it on my sore muscles. Great on low back, butt and up spine. The other balls are not used by me much. One is way to hard and one is way to soft. I think I could have just bought a Lacrosse ball and been good. I bought a set for my daughter too and she is using hers as well.

Great quality balls with different hardness/ firmness, with the orange being hardest and the green softest ( but still a soft firm). They are smaller than tennis balls which make them easier to use and pinpoint hard to get at knots. Also liked the fact they came with a bag so you bring the balls on travel.

Originally I was only looking to purchase a LAX ball, but the price on this set of three massage balls was so good I decided to buy the set. I'm a runner and have numerous stiff muscles, so this set is perfect to loosen up those stiff achy muscles.The LAX ball is exactly what I was looking for and the bonus of the two spiky balls (different firmness) is great for different areas. The ebook on how to use the balls is a perfect companion item. Overall a great purchase and I would highly recommend.

I use these daily for my arch/pf pain in my left foot. Unfortunately, my nephew stole the soft spiky ball, but I mainly use the hard spiky one to really dig into the muscle/tissue of my foot.Overall very pleased because these have held up under daily use for 6+months. PF has not gone away completely but has definitely subsided.

The spiky balls are the same size as the lacrosse ball and not as hard as I had hoped. I got a bigger harder spiky ball and am traveling with it and the Lacrosse ball.

My dog chewed my previous pressure point ball. I bought these to replace it.These are tiny. Smaller than a tennis ball! At that size there's little ability to roll them under a muscle on the floor and feel much difference in a texture or material. I should have returned them but it wasn't worth the fuss at that point in my life.Do not bother cheating out on these. Spend the $40 on a larger, quality device that actually works.
