Been using for years, great stuff.
We have two big indoor dogs, 10 acres and nearly 4k sq ft of hardwood floors. Started using this in a CrossWave almost daily in the winter, every few days in the summer. Now use it in an EcoVacs robotic vac/mopper. We named it Joanna (Stepford wives referrance) and it comes out everynight and the floors look great every morning. Smells good too.

This formula works with the Bissel Crosswave and when used with hardwood floor roller brings a shine to the floor. Easy to use. No over powering smells. Just clean air and clean floors.

It took dried cat puke off the floor.
Worked well, I’ve only used it twice, but it seemed to work just fine. This and the Bissell spin wave took dried cat puke off the floor.

We love the Bissell Crosswave Wood floor cleaner!
Ordered this from Amazon because the stores no longer carry the Wood cleaner. Now it's a multi-floor cleaner and my husband is picky about our wood floors. He wanted to continue to use what we have for the last 7 years with success. The bottle arrived without a plastic lid. It was sealed with the foil disc but I knew once I opened I wouldn't be able to close. I contacted Amazon and after a few minutes was told they were replace with another one with a lid. Told me to keep the one without the lid which is fair. I wish Bissel would reconsider making just the Wood Cleaner not just a multi-floor one.

Good for Cleaning Hardwood Floors
Good - Got the hardwood floors clean. The finish wasn't shiny enough for me so after using this for cleaning with my Spinwave I applied Weimans floor polish and restorer with a micro cloth mop and the floors were beautiful. (If you want to try this be sure the hardwood floors are sealed and try it in a small inconspicuous place first.)
