A big help with pasta!
This small-hole colander was just what I needed to drain angel hair pasta! Since I've had this, I haven't had one piece escape the colander and slide down the drain. The colander I had before had holes big enough to let even spaghetti and macaroni noodles out. This one not only holds everything in, it keeps the pasta warmer, since its stainless steel. I'm sure it would keep cold foods colder, too.
