I bought this Meat Tenderizer Mallet bec my meat was too tough and stiff. i was soo excited the day it came in like a boy on Christmas day. i had beat my meat so hard and juice came out and it made my meat soft and thin perfect for jerky! GREATEST MEAT HAMMER EVER!!!!!
