We've used these several times to grill salmon and they always work perfectly. They are a great size, easy to use. Highly recommend!

I should have known the price was too low to be true. The smaller planks are tiny, and the larger planks are a bit too large. I usually buy my cedar planks from the grocery store, so I was expecting similarly sized planks. These will do, just not really what I expected.

Second time I order them

All I can tell you is the Salmon I cooked on the planks was delicious. Performed as advertised.

Well worth the money

supposed to be a 22 piece set but there was only 14 pieces in the box. VERY dissapointing!!

I have a very small portable propane grill that I don't use often because it is a hassle to clean up. I bought these TrueFire Gourmet Cedar Grilling Plank Set (22-Piece) a few weeks ago and was hesitant to use them because of the clean up process. These planks gave me an extra bonus because the cedar not only gave me the wonderful sweet taste of the wood, but the clean up was simple.I used the small pieces for chicken. First I soaked the planks in water. I used a baking pan so I could lay the wood flat. I started the grill and placed the planks and chicken down for grilling. The planks added a little cook time to the chicken but added a wonderful flavor - I used a little salt and pepper to enhance the taste and was very satisfied with the results.I received this product at a discount or free for the purposes of evaluation in exchange for my unbiased review. I purchased the TrueFire Gourmet Cedar Grilling Plank Set (22-Piece) because I am enamored by a good cut of salmon cooked on cedar board. I am happy that these came in two different sizes. I always felt I had to buy a large cut of salmon when using the larger boards, and I am the only one in my family that really likes seafood. Also, the smaller boards make soaking them in the sink much easier. You get 6 boards that are 16” x 17” and you get 16 boards that are 4” x 7”. Though I will use both, I am so glad we got plenty of smaller boards. As for the flavor, these add a nice sweet and smoky cedar flavor to the fish. Added in with some dill and brown mustard, and you have a delicious piece of fish. I definitely recommend these!
