This product DOES work very well, and is actually plug and play.(meaning you don't really need the CD it comes with to use it.) My computer is a computer I built myself for around $800 and this was a perfect fit for it. HOWEVER! when I looked at this product I wasn't actually certain it would work due to the fact it just sits ontop of the USB port instead of actually fully inserting it in, which is where those loose/doesn't work comments come in at. I would recommend using this ONLY for the front port on your PC. however for a price like this, was worth it.Also I really only bought this to see if my Xbox One controller (not xbox one S controller) would sync up to it, I was wrong, wasn't mad at the makers due to this being an error on my part. ### ⭐ BEWARE: Doesn't work, doesn't fit, defective - burned hand - no refund! *by H***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2018* It's way too small - like it's missing a back piece to be able to fit inside the slot.
