This works perfectly for my husband in his semi truck. He has a computer system in his truck which communicates with his dispatcher. The unit has been used by other drivers before him and is quite dirty. The keys stick and makes him very frustrated. He didn't want a large keyboard since space is limited in the truck. He found that he could velcro this on the dash and it works perfectly. No more sticking keys. He loves the small size but said that it took a little getting used to but after a week of using it he can't imagine not having it, Shipping was quick too. It comes with a rechargeable battery installed or you can use regular batteries with it too. The rechargeable battery gets recharged by plugging in the enclosed cord into a usb port. He has one charger plugged into the cigarette lighter just below this unit so it is very easy for him to recharge it. The usb receiver was in the battery case for storage and just had to be plugged into his truck computer system and worked immediately.

Usually these work fantastic; I think this is just a bum one. There seems to be a bit of a delay when I press buttons, and then it tries to kind of catch up to itself, firing commands at the device connected. Fully charging it didn't help. I'm asking for an exchange.

I couldn't figure out why it would not work without being plugged in. There was a piece of tape on the battery. I happen to take the battery out and see a clear piece of tape on it. After that it worked and I love it.

Works as it should. The construction of this unit is nice, it appears more durable than others. I like the keys on this keyboard better than some others I have used as they feel more prominent. The spacing and layout of this keyboard/keypad is nice for a mini unit. A rechargeable lithium battery comes with this unit. I wish it had a backlit option as it is nice to have in darker rooms. Good value for what I paid.

Do not waste your money unless you want it to break after you are unable to return it thanks for cheap item which is broken for some and breaking for others no doubt in that

this ok, dont like that the on/ off is on the top instead of the back like others and the black is nicer than the white
