This version states that it does not include battery/charger **Q: Is this compatible with the Dremel Flexible Shaft?** A: the bit size of 1/8" will fit any collet rhat is constructed for 1/8"...but the collet that fits in a dremel does not fit in the ryobi and vice versa. the flex shaft that comes with the ryobi does not fit on the dremel, the difference is the dremel is a square inner cable and the ryobi is hex shape...dremel is compatible with many other brand with flex shaft and interchanging of collets. right now i am looking for a replacement flex shaft for my 7th ryobi rotary tool. the motor is good on all 7 tools, the shaft unfortunately does not hold up and not everybody makes a hex inner cable...hope this helps! **Q: I need a chuck for this. Standard Dremel chuck does not fit. Why?** A: I never really noticed the difference in sizing. For the most part, I have almost always had a pair of pliers near because of the crafting aspect. I simply use the (finger tight), then the pliers to snug it up. Could they have made them all the same size?
