Incredibly useful guide on studying
I did pretty well in school and was able to develop my own method for studying that worked for me. It may not have been the most efficient method in the world but it was successful and had nothing to do with cramming. I have a teenage son that struggles with studying and thinks that cramming is the way to go. It definitely isn't but trying to reason with your own child is all but useless. I picked up author Steve Klemen's "The Cram-Free Study Method" for him and found it to be an incredibly well-written and easy to follow guide on studying.Klemen's takes the reader through his tried and true study methods with his step-by-step process. I love that he stresses the importance of differentiating between the things you already know in the material and those that you still need to master an understanding of. I always had a terrible habit of continually going over everything and just patting myself on the back for the things I already knew, instead of concentrating on what still needed to be learned. His tips for working with physical books, pdfs, Kindle books and even note-taking in class were priceless in my opinion. Both my son and I have read this book and he is already putting much of this into practice. There are some great ideas for improving study habits that are sure to shorten the time spent on this task, and that is what this is really all about. This is an easy read that is well worth the time spent for anyone pursuing an education.

Five Stars
Applicable to more than merely studying for exams. A well thought through book.

great study material! Helped me out!
Super fast read, easy to understand, and lots of great materials to help you cram for a test. Although, some of the methods provided in the book, I already knew, but its always good to brush up on the ideas. I'd definitely pass this along to any college or high school students, as it's very applicable to either cases.
