Lumo Glow Dust Food Color by Rolkem - Glow in the Dark (Stellar Green)

I bought this to make a glow in the dark cake. It says it glows in the dark. I haven't used it on a cake because i'm going to return it but the pot is clear....and I left it in the sun several days and it DOES NOT GLOW. Not even a little bit. It's just bright orange.

Made some cookies and brushes the powder on..left them on the light couple hours. They still didn't glow in the dark.
