I was very sceptical at first but after the fourth of taking Nutrabrilliance I noticed a difference. I normally start losing focus around 3pm and am in need of a cup of coffee. I noticed that I was on my game all day and everything was sharp without the need for the afternoon coffee. I have not had any side effects that I am aware of. I will continue taking it for a month and then take a week off to see if there is any difference. It's too early to tell if it is a placebo effect.
