Two cycles in, and I am on a much steadier 30 day cycle, rather than swinging from 25 to 34 days. My flow has also been consistent and easy to handle rather than heavy and stop / starting. I take one in the morning after breakfast, or after lunch. Never at night. I also take the Solgar Digestive Enzymes and their Multi Billion Dophilus, and a high strength EPA / DHA fish oil. Review: This product is my preferred purchase for the full spectrum of B vitamins. At one time I really needed B suppliments and found many synthetic cheap verions were next to useless. Solgar is never the cheapest, but can always be relied on for quality. If you have any need for B suppliments, especially B12, I would recommend this product as it works very well indeed for me.
