The handles make it easy to remove from the pot.Like others I had previously had a metal steamer but after repeated problems with one of the fins coming off I decided it was time for something different. I got this for my daughter, who is the world's greatest Instant Pot advocate. She loves it and uses it along with other accessories for her beloved Instant Pot.She does all manner of things with it. Too many to list. I hope she posts her own views as she has a lot to say about this and other accessories.

I should have known better; silicone absorbs food odors.I only used this twice to steam some broccoli and sure enough, it now smells like broccoli :(

Wonderful!! use mine in my Philips All-In-One cooker, which I think is the equivalent of the U.S. Instant Pot. It fits perfectly and is oh so easy to get out of the pot's insert once the food is cooked! No burnt fingers! Easy to wash in the dishwasher as well.

This is undoubtedly an upgrade from my stainless steel steamer basket that the tabs were always falling off. It's also much easier to wash. Works best in saucepans the same size as the steaming surfaceb (8" diameter) if you want to steam a whole mound of veggies. I recommend!

Very nice steamer. Fits my instant pot perfectly. Handles stay cool for easy removal of food after cooking. Easy clean up in dish washer. So far nothing has stuck to it after use. I love the extras included...the e-book of recipes and the veggie peeler. Awesome product.
