- Wash the bands by hand in warm soapy water
- Store them in a cool dry place after
- Do not use bleach
- Do not use place the bands in the dryer
- Do not use ironing the bands

**Q: Would these work well for a ballet barre class?  Do they have enough give for clam shell moves, or sideways walking squats?**
A: If you have really slim thighs, you can probably make it work. The bands don't give much though, they're better for minimal movements. I like to stand and do lateral side lifts and they don't stretch as far as I'd prefer so I use a tougher resistance to challenge my muscles more.
