I was excited to see this and then I actually saw a demonstration when somebody used one of these and I thought hey what a great idea I'd like to have one of those. Well now I do!, and I am very glad that I do! This is a finger guard that you wear on your middle finger leaving your fingers protectef, but still free to hold the food… The tip of the shield holds the food in place while you chop away. What also is neat is that it comes in a two pack… So you can have help in the kitchen without any injuries! Great idea!
