Easy Warranty Process
We had extreme weather where I live. A Torando touched down not far from where we stewed our pontoon outside. Because of that, we had a strap break and a tear occur. I contacted the company here on Amazon and they immediately sent out a replacement cover because of their 3 year warranty. Prioir to that, it held up really well all winter in cold weather with lots of snow and wind. I would buy this again without hesitation. Great expierence.

Pontoon cover
I gave 4 stars because we haven't used the cover yet but we have put it on and it fits. The 800 denier material is nice and thick and we really like the upgraded straps.

Generous fit and sturdy design
This was a perfect fit for our 20' pontoon. It had plenty of overhang to cover part of trailer steps as well as the motor. Tie straps are integrated into cover helping to strengthen the cover from side to side. We are using it with a pvc & metal support system to help keep water from pooling. Very pleased. We had a slight problem with shipping and we received helpful and timely customer service from the vendor.

Fits perfectly
Very happy with product. My original Avalon pontoon boat cover ripped with our high winds. The dealer wanted almost $2,000 to order a new one. This boat cover was a great alternative, I actually like it better then the original. It covers the whole entire boat. Fits snug around the corners and tied down firmly with the tie downs. Material is thick and waterproof. I would highly recommend this product.

So far, the 800 thickness seems to do the trick
Have an unconventional type trailer, but was able to make the straps work for my situation, but only because I had some leftover straps from previous cover. I'm can only compared to the 600D I had before. This is working out well, but only cause I'm also using the extra precaution of a pool noodles custom-cut to go around my driver consoles wind deflector. I have the feeling that is its weak spot. However I have been quite happy with the way this thickness feels. Other feature that worked well for my model (21' with additional 3' foot deck in front) was the additional 2 rear straps that I was able to utilize to keep the back end tied down well enough to prevent a lot of flapping that could've made things worse when the wind comes from that direction. The original cover was SO thick, that it didn't need anything....BUT it was made in the 1980's, so...ya know...quality, obsolescence, etc

Perfect Fit
The cover fit perfectly and seems to be durable. It has stayed put, thus far, and we've had some pretty strong winds.

Best “cheap” cover I think you can get
Used for several months so far and I am still very happy with purchase. I did utilize the pole inserts which keeps it propped up like a tent. I couldn’t afford a top quality custom cover but didn’t want something I would have to replace quickly. It was fairly think for the price and I suspect it should last at least a few years. Again, I think this cover is the best you’re going to get for the relatively cheap covers. Highly recommend getting the pole inserts. I just reused the ones that came with original cover but you can buy them on Amazon.

Works
Definitely use 4+ support poles throughout the boat (pontoon). I initially put this on with just 2 poles and had the luxury of bailing out about 50gallons of rain water from the front of the boat. The cover itself though works great.
