Things I wish I would have known. Do not over inflate the ball during the first inflation. There must be two inflation stages. First inflation pump It up what the foot pump that it comes in the box, just until the folds in the ball get a little tension. Also do not push the plug all the way in after the first inflation so it's easier to remove before the second inflation. Wait 2 full days (48 hours) during said two days do not use the ball. While you're waiting in between stages find a short wide box, fold the access cardboard into the box and tape it to the inside of the box. Bada boom batta bang you now have a ball holster. Also take your time pumping the ball up. It's going to take about 45 minutes to pump the ball up to the first stage if you don't stop pumping. It took me about 2 hours to pump it up with the foot pump taking breaks intermittently. Also get a little container for the valve plug puller and extra valves that come in the box as well. 330 lb weight limit. I'm right there at that limit and this thing is sturdy. I know it's tempting to use the ball in between stages but don't. It might take away some of the integrity of the ball or give it an not so desirable shape. This ball is a 10 out of 10 change my life I was in a near fatal semi truck accident messed my back up. This ball has changed my entire recovery process, strengthened my core, I sit on to cook to full laundry to watch TV to play with my dogs to put socks and shoes on to hmm hmm 🤭 anyways I highly recommend it. It's really easy to clean little bit of dawn or any light soap on a wash cloth set it right in your shower wipe it down rinse it off let it dry. I used it everyday since I've ordered it. It's good on linoleum, hardwood floors, carpet, clean smooth concrete, tile, soft not sharp pokey grass and yoga mat. The gray one is the one I ordered.

I am very happy with this Trideer yoga ball. it was very easy to inflate, it is very sturdy , flexible and easy to move on it , i am able to lay on it on my back and do my exercises. my method of use is to lay on it with 10 lbs weighted ball in my both hands and do exercises. i had one for number of years and was getting worn out. After a week of use i am a happy camper. I highly recommend this brand of yoga ball. thanks

came fast, the black color is nice and it was very easy to set up, it comes with the pump. blew up to the perfect round shape and the balls texture is just like any rubber. a little smaller than i expected but good overall for the money.

I bought this yoga ball as my OBGYN recommended one to help with pregnancy pain and exercises. I wasn't quite sure on the sizing so I bought a size large as that seemed to be the most common size. I wish I would have sized up to an XL OR XXL as I'm pretty tall and have long legs so when I sit I'm further to the ground than I would like. But I think the sizing issue was my own fault.Other than that it seems like it's good quality. I loved the color, and it was stable with good bounce and softness and able to hold me without any problem. It came with a pump and was easy to blow up and use. I haven't tried deflating it yet but it doesn't seem like that will be an issue.Overall I Recommend- but again just make sure you measure to get the size you want.

Since I am 5'5" tall, I ordered the L(23-26ines/58-65cm) ball for the current price of $28.99 plus tax. This comes with instructions, a hand pump, three plugs, a plug lifter/remover, and a tape measure. It was very tiring to pump this up. For the initial fill, I pumped it up to 80% as instructed in the manual. The remaining 20% was pumped up two days later.This ball is perfect for my leg exercises that I am required to do as a result of knee surgery. My boyfriend has a ball like this and I never liked it because it takes up a lot of room. However, after my knee surgery, I found that the ball exercises my physical therapist gave me helped me increase my range of motion the most without too much pain. Therefore, this is why I purchased this and I am very satisfied. I also love the teal (what the Amazon site calls "Turkis") color.UPDATE: After two days, I pumped up this ball to full size so that it measured 26" from tip-to-tip (see photos of full inflation). Unfortunately, when I went to remove the plug to use the pump, the white plug flew out somewhere in my house and I can't find it. Lucky they provide a total of three plugs. In fact, they should probably provided five plugs as it is easy to lose them on removal when the ball has to be inflated. Other than this, I love this exercise ball.

This is a great quality exercise ball. The little pump that comes with it is laughable, but will eventually get the ball pumped up. Thankfully, I had a powered air pump to utilize, it's easier to just blow into the tube to inflate than the silly pump.Sturdy, good grip and texture, many uses for exercises.Also, good for different sexual positions. Puts the person on the bottom in a somewhat natural position to make penetration easier and more enjoyable for both.

Great quality workout ball! It has held up for months so far without loosing any air which is nice. Easy to inflate!

Perfect for at home physical therapy! I actually enjoy stretching with it! Easy to inflate with included pump. Very sturdy material! Excellent buy!
