I bought this macha powder because I fell in love with the taste of Starbuck's green tea latte, and I wanted to be able to make it at home. The macha power is very good quality (although I am no professional on the art of macha), and the green tea latte that I used it to make tastes very good too. If you want to make some good macha related food or beverages, then this is definitely the one to get.

Tasty latte grade matcha stone ground tea
Mixes well with hot not boiling water, no bitter taste or chalky like another brand I bought prior , I like it for latte's . I add a but if agave nectar or honey raw n unsweetened non soy vanilla almond milk for a delicious I'd latte better than Starbucks, honestly everyone is different I can't drink it with water only no matter what grade , obviously it's not bright green but much better than other latte grade I've bought still adds pep to my step , energy is released slowly unlike coffee no jitters. Also imoroves health,immune system, clarity mental focus so much more even my skin looks better! I dirnk 1/2 8 oz cups a day good detox too ! Truly I can't say enough good things about matcha other than where has it been my whole life!
