Malibu Beach Bag - 2 in 1 Mesh Beach Tote, Sky Blue, Size Large

I ordered this bag and another bag very similar. I was really excited to get both bags. I was going to see which one worked best and if they both worked then I was going to give one to a friend. We spend a lot of time at tournaments and I'm always looking for a convenient bag to keep food and drinks cold and to carry misc. items. I put ice in this bag along with water bottles and put it on my patio table (did this with both bags). I checked back on it a couple hours later and the ice had melted and the outside of the bag was wet. Very disappointing. I need a bag that won't sweat and that will keep things cold in the heat. I had it in the shade too. I am going to also give this bag another try again with the freezer gel packs and see how functional it is. Great concept! The material seamed of good quality. I like that it had a zipper pocket for valuables. If my next trial fails, I will be returning the bag. :( I was also looking forward to using the water proof bag that came with it since we are around the water a lot.

This beach bag is so perfect I am sorry I have ever carried anything else to the beach. Lightweight, good velcro closure, large enough for everything, cooler with plenty of space on bottom, mesh fabric is great for drying wet stuff but also for easy visibility - no more "Where's that newspaper, keys, money, book, etc." I live in Rhode Island (The Ocean State), and my blue Malibu Beach Bag has a new home on our beautiful beaches :-).

worked as advertised.. combination of the cooler and bag was nice as already had hands full carrying all the other beach stuff...I would have preferred to have this in a more neutral color like black, silver, or beige maybe, I am not really a bright colored cheery type person... lolI just prefer more neutral colors I guess...I placed about 8 can drinks and some ice (might have held a few more drinks but did not need more and wanted plenty of room for the ice) in the cooler... was at the beach for about 4-5 hours and the last drink I had was not ice cold but was still somewhat chilled and drinkable...overall this bag served it purpose and I would recommend this bag to others and so far I have no regrets getting it...

This is a great beach bag! The convenience of having an insulated cooler bag attached underneath is very handy and helpful. It's great not to have to carry a separate cooler bag. I do have Tommy Bahama chairs with insulated pouches behind them but often times they are not big enough to hold all my "refrigerated" type items if I'm planning on spending a day out at the beach, pool, picnic, outing, where-ever. This bag is large and roomy enough to carry a large towel and all necessary belongings and the strap is padded and comfortable.

Excellent bag served us well on a trip to Hawaii. We fit 3 medium to large beach towels in the top area (plus snacks) and 2 thermoses plus 2 small water bottles with room to spare in the bottom. The pockets worked well for our phones and keys (my Moto G 3rd gen fit in a zippered pocket). The worst part was my ALMOST not being able to find the bag in my luggage -- it was in a pocket! It folded up nicely. I probably can't fold/collapse it quite as tight now that we have used it, but it is still very compact and worth taking with you.

Really liked my Malibu beach bag on recent trip to Florida beaches. The mesh design helped wet item dry out. The mesh also allows sand to sift out. The mini cooler held two water bottles. I received several compliments on my bag. Generous capacity for towel, lotions, etc. There are two small zippered side storages which came in handy for keys, sunblock stick, and some cash. I would recommend this product to others.

I live that it’s a two in one. I bought it for a solo trip to the beach. I think the size is good. My biggest issue with it is that the straps are very itchy against bare skin and they are very short. You can carry it in your shoulder but with it loaded and the coarse straps, it makes it uncomfortable to carry.I love the two zipper pockets for my keys and the mesh for carrying wet clothes or a towel. It had plenty of room for a beach towel, my book, sunscreen, and hat with room to spare. The cooler area is long but not very tall but it can definitely hold enough provisions for a day at the beach for one person.

Few things have I bought and gave a review on. This product was wonderful. The only thing is difficulty getting to the cooler with items in your bag, but the convenience of carrying them, is 100% worth it. We froze water bottles and Capripacks. Water stayed frozen from 9:30am to at least 3pm on the beach. The Velcro handle strap was a life saver strapping it securely to our beach cart handle which if we left it attached we wouldn't have had the problem getting in the cooler, but we kept it under our tent on the beach. It is good quality and liked the two small zippered pouches on either side for money or a few cards. We only packed out food and drinks in this. It held four water bottles and six caprisun juice packets. No ice.

You will need to put something in the cooler part for the bag to stand. Pockets are mesh on the one side, water proof fanny pack will be needed inside the bag for things like cell phones. Or I’ll prob use zip lock bags for the all inclusive trip coming up
