Apple iPhone 12 Pro, 128GB, Silver (Renewed)

I’m genuinely impressed with this renewed iPhone. The quality is fantastic — it looks practically brand new with no noticeable marks or scratches. One of the biggest surprises was the battery health at 85%, which performs really well for daily use. Overall, it feels like incredible value for the price, and I honestly think it’s worth every penny. I would highly recommend both the product and the seller to anyone considering a renewed device.

5☆ Was very sceptical about buying from this company after reading reviews, but I am very impressed with the phone. Very minor scratches on sides not really noticeable. Got the 256 gig memory phone and phone does have that. Front screen perfect condition back screen perfect. No problem with charging phone. Camera perfect great quality. Battery life amazing considering my daughter is never off her phone. Came with screen protector, case, lead, plug and pin. Came in a secure packaging. Would highly recommend this seller and I would definitely buy from them again. Giving 5 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

After 5/6 months the phone stopped charging and would switch off unexpectedly. I contacted the company who offered to repair it, so I sent my phone away and it was then returned 3 weeks later. I had to chase this up on a number of occasions, no one would answer the phone and I couldn’t get a straight answer on what was wrong with my phone. When it was returned to me I contacted them to find out what had actually been repaired. I was told the battery had been replaced. However 3 weeks later the same problem happened. I contacted them again and they offered to repair it again. I refused this and requested they just refund me. I was told I would be refunded. However after returning the phone, and waiting about two weeks for someone to get back to me, I was told it would be a partial refund. I have disputed this but they have gone ahead and refunded me almost half the cost of what I paid for the phone. They are also not returning any emails after emailing them to dispute this partial refund. I am out of pocket and have had to buy another phone - from another company! The customer service has been terrible and I would not recommend buying anything from UR.co.uk!

The phone was in very good condition apart from one scratch on the screen.

Aside from a few nitpicks which I'll refer to in this post, the phone I received is pretty much exactly as is detailed in the product description. Face ID works as expected, and out of the box it has a battery health of 86% (not at all perfect, but for a refurbished phone it's pretty good!), which is essentially as described by seller. Both the front and rear cameras work as expected, and so far produce images and videos just as well as if it were bought new from Apple. As expected, the device came with a charger, though keep in mind that (in line with all Apple products nowadays) these are now often sold as USB-C to Lightning cables, as opposed to USB 3.0. For that reason, make sure you have a port/adapter which takes USB-C cables, or have an existing lightning cable you can use. I'm also pleasantly surprised at how visibly clean the phone is - after reading a few reviews on this page for the "excellent quality" version of this refurb, I was expecting to see a few imperfections. Thankfully though, I seem to have gotten lucky. After a few minutes of looking over it, I can't spot a single hairline crack or any points of damage on the edge/back of the phone. Regardless I'd advise caution if this is a concern you have when purchasing, as this has been an uncommon yet known problem with this seller. The only noteworthy issue I have with the product is I sadly didn't receive a pin to open the SIM tray - thankfully I do keep some spare around my house, but had I not, this would've been a pain to sort out. Just in case, I would recommend making sure you have a SIM tray pin/alternative thin metal item, on the off-chance they don't remember to put one in the box for you. As a side point, it's important to be aware that non-Apple approved refurbishment businesses often do not necessarily use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. While this is noted in this product's description, do keep it in mind. This is *very* rarely a problem as non-OEM parts - in my experience - work just as good as original, but they have been known to cause dilemmas. Things like weaker screen glass, less water resistance, and weaker battery overall. Regardless, if you're buying refurbished these can usually be ignored for the lower price. In conclusion, I'd personally recommend this if you're looking for a cheaper device but still want an iPhone/iOS device. Whether it be for the icloud, Apple's ecosystem, or purely for the feel/user experience, it does its job, and does it well. This item was bought as in adaquate condition so sold cheaper but was found to actualy be in excellent condition with batty also in good condition of88% Very happy with purchase. I recommend the seller

Wie von Apple zu erwarten, hat dieses Telefon keinerlei Macken, hängt sich nie auf und sieht optisch (bis auf die gewöhnungsbedürftige Notch) nicht schlecht aus. Die Kameras funktionieren einwandfrei und während eines Videos kann es perfekt zwischen den verschiedenen Linsen wechseln, ohne das das Videomaterial darunter leidet. Da es das erste Apple iPhone für mich ist, muss ich mich noch von umständlichen Android hin zum einfach zu bedienenden Alleskönner umstellen. Der Batteriezustand ist leider nur bei 88% gewesen, aber er hält trotzdem den Tag durch. Klare Kaufempfehlung an dieser Stelle für das iPhone 12 Pro in der 128 GB Variante. Da ich leider keinen 5G-fähigen Vertrag habe, kann ich dazu nichts sagen, aber LTE /4G reicht für normale Zwecke vollkommen aus.

Reçu une carte SIM ne fonctionnant pas : j’attends la nouvelle. Mais à priori le téléphone a l’air très bien pour ce que j’ai pu vérifier. En cas de pb je vous contacterai mais je doute que ce soit utile . En ce qui concerne le transporteur : difficile alors que l’on donne un numéro de fixe de se voir reprocher que l’on ne répond pas sur le portable qui vient de m’être subtilisé .
