This was about the smallest size carrier for 2 EpiPens. I wanted it to carry the Epis in my purse so the clip on the back (not removable) makes it more bulky that I liked. As a "carry on your belt" case, it is great. If you are looking for a smaller case to carry in a purse, however, you may prefer what I purchased after receiving this. I did an amazon search for "leather cigar case". I found a "Two Finger Leather Cigar Case - by Islandoffer. I had to remove the 2 cardboard tubes that are meant to protect a cigar, but then it was the perfect size for 2 EpiPens. It was a great fit and is perfect for what I wanted. I kept this one for the times when I am not carrying a purse, like biking, hiking, etc.
