On the first day I had some cramping, gas relief, and it sent me to the bathroom a few hours later. It was a normal bowel movement, not lose or watery. The second day, no cramping but it did send me to the bathroom, a little looser this time but not watery. The third day, no cramping and no trips to the bathroom. On the fourth day I went to the bathroom 2x. Both normal but the second one required a little push. So I drank a second tea in the evening. It seems like the dose of Senna is low in this tea so I don't think it is unsafe to drink one every day. What gives me that impression is how it has affected me. Day 3 it didn't send me to the bathroom and I ate the same on all days but it sent me to the bathroom twice on the 4th day. It is not harsh and gently assists with me going about 8-9 hours after drinking the tea. The taste is also very subtle to me which is good because I struggle to drink teas due to the taste.
