Red Line Auto Tools RL1160K BMW Double Vanos Assembly Timing Tool Kit is used to assemble and properly time the Double VANOS (variable cam timing) adjustment units found in 1998 through 2006 BMW 6 cylinder engines (M52TU, M54 and M56). Kit contains: 114220 Chain Tensioner, 113292 Lock Pin, 116150 Alignment Jig, 116180 Sprocket Jig and 113450 Air Fitting. This kit has to be used with the 113240 Cam Alignment Jig and 112300 TDC Pin (113240 and 112300 are not included in this kit, available in our EP113240K timing kit).
