Humidifier Turned Brown, Customer Service Lacking
The humidor itself is great. Looks classy and fits a lot of cigars. After about 6-8 moths of use, the humidifier that came with it began to turn brown. The screen over the top of it actually appears to be rusting. I kept the humidity at around 70%. Customer service is severely lacking. The website CS link didn't work, no email, no FAQ info. Very disappointing.

This is a very well made humidor, has a tight fitting lid and looks great to. But the add says it is large and will hold 200 cigars. the dimensions it gives are actually the measurements of the outside cardboard box. Had I known I would have bought a bigger one. The actual dimensions are L- 16 1/4 " W- 9 1/8" H - 6 1/2". I smoke cigars that are usually 6 " 50 ring gauge, which is an average size cigar. At that size this humidor will only hold 100 cigars give or take a few, depending how tightly you pack them in, which is not recommended.
