Takes a few weeks to feel the difference but i do feel the difference in my day to day life from not being able to eat red meat anymore

This is a great supplementif you are Vegan, which my daughter is. This is easy to take, no aftertaste. It seems like she is benefiting from this supplement. This is a regular in her regimen; the ingredients and company are clean and filler-free. The fresh pack in the bottle has a very pleasant orange scent, so there is an orange aroma to the product, but the actual vitamin itself doesn't have a taste. It is easy to swallow as it is a soft gel, and there is no nausea or upset stomach after taking the product. All huge pros! This is more of an Essential as it's listed Omegas D3 and B12 (super important for Vegans especially) I especially like that the B12 is Methylcobalamin vs cyanocobalamin (the cheaper stuff)

Easy medium sized gel capsule, smells awesome when opening. I started taking these vitamins when I started to do my shift AGAIN to a vegan diet. Normally I never took anything for PLANT BASED specific diets and I definitely feel the difference in my energy when I do take them vs when I haven’t taken any sort of vitamin to balance my diet. I feel more awake, happier, alert and energized. I was off them for about a month and I genuinely felt the difference. I wish they offered a bigger quantity but for a completely vegan multivitamin this is definitely worth every cent in my opinion.

Very high quality! It's hard to find vitamins specifically for vegans, but I use these to supplement my Daily Multivitamins.
