Wow. Just delivered today at 1pm, and it broke on it's first shoe! There was sand on the shoe, so really glad there was not mud, but this product is JUNK!!!

What a pile of junk. First shoe put into it and it falls apart. Don’t buy this junk. And best of all Amazon will not let me return it. I’m getting sick of this poorly made junk for sale.

Very narrow. I wear a women's size 9 shoe and I have a tough time getting my shoe between the bristles. I ordered two--one for back door, one for front--and decided to return them. Apparently this item is NOT returnable, but I can't find anywhere on the original listing that says this. Very frustrating.

Purchased on October 17, 2017 , received it October 24,2017 and it broke on November 10, 2017. Worked good while it stayed intact. Can't contact seller and its not refundable. Hahaha! Yeah thanks for the junk

Useless. The very first time I used it the bristles started falling off. I’ve had it for 3 days I’ve used it 3 times. The bristles on the sides are falling off more and more. There likely won’t be any left by the end of the week. I would return it but I hadn’t realized they had a zero return policy. Probably because they know their product is garbage. Don’t waste your money.

This works pretty well to clean shoes/boots as long as you don't have large feet. The brushes are so close a big foot won't fit through. We also had to screw it to a heavy piece of wood to keep it from sliding around. Even with the wings for stepping on with the opposite foot, the whole unit would slide around while trying to scrape your boot. I am hoping as it becomes used the brushes will relax so your foot slides more easily.

Despite the fold down flaps to step on, this boot cleaner needs to be bolted down. The brushes are hard and close together; your boot gets stuck and lifts the whole thing up off the ground. Also it seems to brush sides better than treads.Update: The seller contacted me and suggested that my boots are too big. Actually, they’re a size 8.5. So I reiterate that the design is flawed, if intended to be used without being bolted down, and even then pulling your boot through takes some effort.
