Really hard to say anything bad about a YHM product.
YHM makes some pretty good stuff. Many companies (like Wilson Combat, Ruger, and many AR makers) use and re-label their products. Some of YHMs products at worst may be lackluster but their always well made and rugged. I'm using this swivel on a YHM forend for two purposes. Either to mount a match shooting sling or a Harris bipod. So far it has worked well for both. I did put a dab of light duty lock tite on the threads to simply make sure it stays in place since there not many threads on this model. This swivel is fairly simple and straightforward. It's well made, the only thing I could see breaking is the lock ring... but you would really have to be trying to break it at that point.

Great sling mount.
Great mount from YHM, it can be used on the bottom of the diamomd rail at the 6 o'clock position, muzzle end, or 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock position on the yhm light rail. Good for adapting what you want. Not the best use for a bipod, but it can be done, slings all day long.

BEWARE: Uncommon 5/16-32 thread.
If you don't have a Yankee Hill rail, good luck mounting this on anything else.It uses a very uncommon 5/16-32 thread. Hardware and auto parts stores don't carry these taps.I purchased this to mount on a bipod to attach a sling. After drilling the hole larger, I quickly realized out of the 150 taps I have, none of them matched the thread pitch. Drive around for days trying to find one with no luck. The quickest solution is eBay to get one in ~1 week. I'll update this if I ever get a tap to utilize it.
