The Good Doctor (2017) - Season 4 [DVD]

I love this show this review is based on the product itself. I just opened it and 4 of the discs have scratches seem superficial and mostly on front of discs so hopefully wont affect playability. This just came out so I dont know how its so scratched may jave happened during transport as it comes in a plastic bag so no real protection from being squished.

I highly recommend all seasons of the show the good doctor because it is enchanting and it gives us hope to show us that being different is not an obstacle. It shows us that sometimes being different is a blessing. It shows us that we should embrace the differences of the world and celebrate them. The show gives me hope in a hopeless world

I have always liked the Good Doctor. Highmore is an excellent actor--wholesome and understated. How the good doctor misses social cues injects humour into the episodes. I like the visuals when Shaun starts thinking out of the box and comes up with a novel solution which his colleagues appreciate. I know there has to be some character development but as Shaun himself said, there is no cure for autism--so why can't the series continue to put some fun into the episodes? I find Season 4 the weakest among the seasons--with the syrupy Dr Browne and the self-absorbed Lea taking up too much space. Shaun's role has been reduced to hugging her. Want to see more of the Shaun with the savant syndrome.

Got it on time just the way I love it. So glad I live in California will get it faster.

Being on the autistic spectrum myself and having a background in medicine I found this DVD as well as the previous three season DVD's to be a very inspirational and an accurate portrayal of autism and medicine.
