I was a bit hesitant at first. Other adhesive stabilizers I have used pulled the threads on my towels and stuck so much I couldn’t get it off. Not so with this one, you can either spray it with water and let it dissolve or throw it in the washer and it dissolves in the wash! I monogrammed dainty cocktail napkins so I just sprayed the adhesive with water and let it dry. I embroidered beach towels, got the majority of the adhesive off, threw it in the washer and the towel came out perfectly!The only drawback I can say about this is it leaves your embroidery hoop very sticky after several uses. I did about 14 towels and needed to get out the goo gone to clean my hoop!

I am fairly new to machine embroidery so I have read up a lot about stabilizers. This is one I bought from Amazon US and my daughter brought it to Australia for me. It is excellent and I did think that the material weave at the back would stay on the towels I embroidered whilst the sticky would wash away. However, everything washed away, which was fantastic. Very impressed so I hope Amazon buy in some more that I can order, especially while I am here for me to take back to Australia myself!

Product arrived promptly and well packaged. I sew historical blackwork fencing shirts and have a special embroidery frame (one piece) so that I can embroider long collars. It requires the use of a sticky backed stabilizer. Have been using a non-water soluble stabilizer, but I can't remove all of it from in between the embroidery and it leaves the collar and cuffs rather stiff. I didn't even know they made this until I did a search on Amazon.So glad I found it. It is "stickier" than the one I was previously using and the size is perfect. The other brand I was using would sometimes release from the frame during embroidery and ruin the work. No problems with this. And it washes away completely. Very happy with this product. Buying more!

I hoop this product, then score the paper and remove it. I then adhere the corner of a napkin to the sticky adhesive, and press firmly. This works great for embroidering a monogram or embroidery design into the corner of a napkin. I also like the storage tube it is shipped in, as it works great for storage of the product. This arrived quickly and in good condition. I will order it from the same source again.

Use this stabilizer all the time. If bulletproof design float cutaway under the sew N wash. No puckering.

This product worked well for making ribbon/lace scarves. It was a good weight and dissolved in the water as it should.
