It does have nice features and works well for what it does but ...
Unlike other reviewers, I was not given a discount on this for my review. I want to give this 1 star for the battery capacity but due to the fact that the company never listed the mAh and only listed mWh I will not. The specs say 35520mWh which means milliwatts per hour, translates to 2960mAh at 12v. 35520mWh is very miss leading as most batteries are rated in milliamps and not watts. However, after using it to recharge my phone and other devices I believe it is actually around 12000 mAh. It is simply not worth the price. It does have nice features and works well for what it does but I am sick and tired of these sellers trying to pass off these batteries as having much higher capacities than they do. BE WARNED, MOST LIE ABOUT THE CAPACITY!UPDATE: The seller has been in contact with me multiple times and have found the true mAh is 9700 or 9.7 amps at 12volts for anyone who is interested. Because of their excellent customer service, I am upgrading them to 4 stars. I personally bought a 17amp lead-acid power pack that suits my needs, 9.7 is not enough for what I need.

It's a great idea, and nice to have...but overpriced considering it's real capacity.
Pros:Very nice design and packaging.Good features and instructions.Lithium batteries aren't nearly as affected by cold as lead-acid batteries.Works if your car battery is low, but not dead.Cons:The Chinese engineers (or maybe it's marketing) that come up with the capacity ratings for these things are all on mind altering drugs. There are standards for automotive power draw and starter battery capacity ratings...and they simply ignore them, and pull hyper-inflated numbers out of thin air. Conclusion:It's a great idea, and nice to have...but overpriced considering it's real capacity.(It went back.)

ie=UTF8&psc=1 This inverter is great. No noise
I bought this as a multi-purpose power backup, as well as a jump starter.Pros:1) The kit comes with a handy Ec5 Cigarette Lighter Socket. I bought a small inverter, so I could power small household items. I plugged a floor lamp with two 9-watt led bulbs and I am able to illuminate well a 120 square foot area for 60 minutes, and still had 40% of the power left.2) I've also used the iphone lightning charger that came with the device and was able to charge my iphone and ipad.Facts:A) Inverter used:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H2XD2DY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1This inverter is great. No noise. It produces no heat. This inverter was efficient to use with this battery kit.B) Lightbulbs used:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017VDI22Q/ref=od_aui_detailpages03?ie=UTF8&psc=1Two of these bulbs were using 19 watts per hour combined.C) Using this inverter and two of these LED light bulbs at a time, I was using 1% per minute of the power in the "HALF Minute Power" battery being reviewed.D) I have not had to jump the car with this pack. I have jumped a car a couple dozen times with a similar pack in the past. Using these smaller packs is so much easier than using another car.E) The laptop connectors included may or may not fit your laptop. There are just too many connectors in the market. Can't really blame manufacturers of these packs for not including all of them. Attaching a small inverter might be the most universal solution possible.Cons:1. Connecting and disconnecting the Ec5 Cigarette Lighter Socket to the battery pack required quite a bit of strength. The jumper wires are easier to connect and disconnect because of a handle that was built to help with the connectors. The Ec5 Cigarette Lighter Socket would have benefited from a similar connector.I contacted the seller and they said that these tight connections were intended.2. I wish the input charger socket could fit the size of standard solar panels. This would have made for an awesome off-the-grid affordable solar kit. Leave it in the sun for 8 hours, and you could have light at night for 100 to 200 minutes.3. There is a lag in the percentage remainder display. When you push the power button to see how much you have left, sometimes you need to wait 15 seconds for the percentage to update, or you might need to press the button twice.

Unexpectedly cute and useful
I have a car with a 6 year old battery and I know from experience that a battery often picks the most inconvenient time to die. Sure I could simply buy a new battery but who knows - the old one may last another three years. So I got this Half Minute Power thing.A few days later I was on a trip using my iPhone GPS and realized I forgot my cable to charge my phone in the car. My phone dropped to about 30% charge and I started getting worried but then remembered the Half Minute Power module. The USB hydra cable had a head that fit my iPhone Lightning connector and it charged that baby up no problem. In fact, it looks like the Half Minute Power module could charge maybe 8 or 10 iPhones without itself being charged.Note that, as delivered, the Half Minute Power will not work with an Apple Macbook. None of the cables fit the Macbook's magnetic power connector. You will need an additional 12v DC to 120v AC cigarette jack inverter for the Macbook power supply. The provide Laptop Charging Connector comes with several adapters so it will probably work with most non-Macbook laptops.More on the Laptop Charging Connector:The answer to the question about the "tip sizes" of the Laptop Charging Connector is a little misleading. The "laptop charging yellow port" refers to the end of the Laptop Charging Connector that plugs into the Half Minute Power OUTPUT port. Look closely at the picture of the cable. There is a barely visible yellow band on that tip. This connector/cable with a 4mm connector on one end and a 5.5mm connector on the other is only 9 inches long. I REALLY WANT ONE THAT IS 6 FEET but I can't find one so I'm forced to use an adapter and a 5.5mm extension cable. Bummer. Please make a longer Laptop Charging Connector cable for this! The Half Minute Power module itselfThe INPUT (recharge) port seems to be 3.5mm.The OUTPUT (laptop) port is 4mm.About the only negative (other than no Macbook connector and the Laptop Charging Connector cable being WAY too short) is that there is some sticky goo around the module padding in the case. I leave the module in its original packing plastic bag and the goo tends to stick to the bag. It's being slowly ripped apart as I store the module for a few days, then open the case and use the module.SummaryThis is a good product with many uses.
