TonerBoss remanufactured drum cartridge for Samsung CLT-R406 is compatible for use in Samsung CLP-360, CLP-365W, CLP-368W, CLX-3300, CLX-3305W. Our remanufactured drums are made to meet quality and performance standards of an original Samsung cartridge. Just like an original Samsung CLT-R406, our remanufactured version can print up to 20,000 pages. The Samsung CLT-R406 works in conjunction with the Samsung 406 toner cartridges. Laser printing requires two main components: the toner which carries the "ink" to print and the imaging drum which is responsible for transferring or imprinting the toner onto the paper. The technical term for the drum is the organic photoconductor. In most laser toner cartridges, the drum and toner comes as one unit. This particular Samsung printer cartridge differ from most laser toners because the toner and drum are separate units. Fortunately, the drum has a longer print capacity than the toner powder so you do not always have to buy a new drum each time you run out of toner. However, drums are essential in keeping excellent quality of prints.
