Bluetooth Wireless Music Receiver

I have had this for over a year and can honestly say I use it almost every day. Like most people, I had several devises that play my 30 pin iPod but could not play my iPhone even with a 30pin to lightening adaptor due to the awkward size and location if you have a case on the iPhone. My iPad2 is too big to attach. So this little adaptor is there to save the day. Pop it on the 30 pin port, hold down the start for 8 seconds and your device is good to go with Bluetooth. This has turned my old Bose speaker into a great unit for all my devices. I couldn't be happier. Worth every penny!

This is so easy to use. I am very technologically challenged but this was no problem to set up. I now have one for home and one for work. I can listen to music from my iPhone or iPad and use them at the same time. Highly recommend!

Not for Bose original sound dock!!!Great price, but I don't know if it works. Seller should post a note letting buyers know for which items it's compatible.

I bought this hoping I could use it in my truck with my aftermarket stereo to wirelessly connect to my iphone for music. But it didn't work for that. I was sceptical that it would, but I have a clock/radio in my bedroom that an IPhone or Ipod won't fit in unless you take the case off of them. So I knew if it wouldn't work in my truck I could use it with my clock/radio, and it works great. My wife and I listen to music in bed while my IPhone is over on the charger.

I hate the device. It never worked and on return i have to pay re-stocking/shipping & handling fee.

Took it out of the package hooked it up tested and it worked perfectly thank you so much

I took a chance... and the verdict is NO.The manual did not say to push the button to activate, but I pushed to button to make the light blink.The color did not alternate while pairing as the manual said, unless it really means alternate from blue on -- blue off.A faint blue light blinks at a moderate rate, and that's all this device does.There is no Bluetooth signal issued 1 meter from the device; its bluetooth ID is not presented to either the MacBookAir or the iPhone4.Meanwhile, MBA and iPhone see other active devices 20 meters away. Turn those senders off, and nothing appears.I can make such a device that blinks a light for about 50 cents per unit, and that's what I believe I've been sold.UPDATE: After reading the review by ShishkaRobb "tech geek", I followed exactly these steps - from dock power off, power on, depress button for 7 seconds (7 seconds is CRITICAL, then the light alternates blue and red and the adapter will pair with bluetooth), release button, and the adapter announces its bluetooth ID on the System Settings pages for both the MacBook Air and the iPhone 4. If the button is held for more than about 10 seconds, the adapter will power off. So far, only the iPhone 4 will connect. When choosing Airplay on the iPhone 4, audio plays through the dock.

Use this reciever to play music from my phone to my can am spyder motorcycle that has a ipod connector. (care not for Ipods or Iphones) Only complaint is I have to manually turn it on every time i start my bike. Would be nice if it automatically powered on, but for the price who can complain. enjoy
