Very Slim, Economical Digital Watch
As other reviewers have pointed out, LCD watches with white numbers on a black background are more difficult to read than the traditional black-on-gray. However, I have found it is not difficult to read in moderate to bright light environments, and is very easy to read in daylight. In darker lighting, you may need to use the backlight to read the time. The watch has more modes than most basic digital watches. In order, the watch features time (12/24 HR), one alarm, stopwatch, second time zone (DT - "dual time"), and a countdown timer (TR). The ordering is a little different than usual... this has alarm before stop watch, which is slightly annoying, but this is my only real complaint. It beeps when you switch modes, with a slightly higher pitched beep when you cycle back to main time. The button layout is mostly standard, with upper-left for backlight. lower-left for mode switch, upper-right for start/stop, and lower-right for reset. You can switch between 12 and 24-hr format with the upper-right button directly from the main time screen. This may be a nice feature for some people, although it is completely unnecessary to me.The countdown timer is cumbersome to set, but not terribly so. Having a second time zone (DT) is useful for pilots who want to have a mode that shows Zulu Time (UTC).The "crystal" is plastic, and seems to scratch fairly easily. My watch is 3 days old and has three light scratches, but it doesn't affect my ability to read the time. Keep in mind, it is a twelve dollar watch. It is *very* thin, the face is large enough to be easy to read, and the band is surprisingly comfortable. From afar, it could easily be mistaken for a more expensive smartwatch, although when you look at it closely the edges from the plastic moulding give it away. For a watch in this price range, it ticks off all of the right boxes for me.

Good value
Good watch. Only issue I had was accidently hitting buttons and causing the mode to change. So I took the case apart.. and removed the metal prongs that are pressed by the buttons on the case. They can be bent back & forth and they will come off. I removed all 3 buttons except the light-up button. The buttons are completing a circuit using the metal prong. This can be achieved using a metal screwdriver when the case is off. So hopefully the only issue is setting the time when replacing the battery. So far, so good.

Great watch for the price!
Solid watch for the price. ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star is because of 3 small problems. 1) Light only stays on for about 2 seconds, enough to check the time and that's about it. 2) the Light actually turns off if you press any other button, so it can be annoying at times to cycle Light and other buttons to see what you're doing. 3) The Light is not too bright.. sometimes can be difficult to actually see the display depending on the lighting around you. Overall the watch feels good, it's a decent size with plenty of adjustment holes. If you have a small wrist like I do, this works perfectly. Tested the alarm twice to see if it was loud enough to wake me up. It was for me, but that will change from person to person.

It's just OK
Granted you are buying a sub $20 watch so you'll get that type of features and quality. I bought it because my normal ref watch went on the fritz and wasn't really wanting to spend about $35 for a watch that doesn't last 2 years occasionally used. So the main feature I was looking for was a countdown, which this watch has but it does not have the ability to keep counting after it's counted down, nor adding time say for injury. The watch is thin and the band is what I would consider short and I do not have large wrists, so I would say anyone with cannon arms may have too much girth at their wrist to get it strapped on.I'll have to pony up for a better function watch, but I'll hold on to this one for backup.

Great for the price, has a few design issues but it’s cheap
Perfectly acceptable watch for the price. It’s not perfect but then again it’s very cheap. I came from a Fitbit charge 3 that I had for a year before it crapped out on me unexpectedly, and didn’t feel like paying the price for another smart watch. The pros: it gets the job done. It’s main mode displays date and time, which I like. It’s cheap and relatively durable as well! It’s got a button to turn on a backlight to see it in the dark. The cons: the setup process is kind of awkward. The buttons are placed on the sides such that I’ll often accidentally hit them when I bend my wrist, causing the watch to switch modes set alarms, which is a pain. The watch could honestly do with a few less features in exchange for less buttons to be accidentally hit. Bottom line: for the price, this watch will get the job done and is easy to see in light or dark. However, don’t be expecting the quality that comes with a more expensive watch

Not as (mostly) pictured! (No black background)
Not as described pictured. The watch Ineeceived did was not a white on black display. Just black text on screen. No information on how to change it to a black background.

Awesome!!!
I purchased this watch for my autistic son. He's never had a wrist watch, but is big on keeping track of time. It was super easy to get on and set. The quality is great, especially for the price! It isn't too heavy so it's awesome for sensory issues. The information display isbright!!! Highly suggest!

Nice looking and works great - good deal considering the price
The readout is gray and muted unless you press a button for it to be lit up green. I like that. Digital usually looks cheap and lacks style. The design of this is sleek. It's very thin. The texture and holes on the strap give it a subtle styling. The strap is rather small, however. I use the third to last hole and the strap barely shows past the two bands pushed together right at the buckle. I don't have large wrists either. I'd say the're average. I've had no problem with the seals. I've held it directly under running water at a variety of angles and the seals all held up. Good watch -> for the price it's a great deal. I just wish the seller hadn't solicited reviews three times within the first week I owned it. I wanted to wait a month or so to check how it weathers.
