this product is not 77 inches !!! Inside well is 7" wide x 13" long x 5" deep

I am using this in a professional setting (spa). nice looking, temp is good, but there is no on/off or temp control. so, I have to unplug each night and plug in each day. inconvenient for my situation. probably fine for home use.

Insurance provided me with one in December for a wrist injury & arthritis. I loved it right up until it just quit working in early January. Insurance replaced it (they are looking for a new provider because of all the problems with them) & out of the box it barely works. On the narrow ends I have to use a rubber spatula to scrape the wax into the center so it will melt. It takes over 8 hours to melt the wax (should take around 4.) As soon as you take the lid off to use, the wax begins to thicken & gets a film over the top. Less heat, so it's less effective.

I have arthritis in my hands and they hurt. My wife purchased this for me and it works. My hands feel better and my skin is not near as dry as it was. The wax takes about 4 to 5 hrs before it is ready to use so plan ahead. My hands still have arthritis but this helps!

A great way to relieve pain, temp as it is, from a broken finger.
