Interesting device
You need to know what mineral (or simulant) i.e. ruby, sapphire, emerald or alexandrite you are testing unless its color test. I would have preferred a little bit clearer step by step instructions otherwise good.

Doesn’t work waste of a lot of money!
Complete waste of money!! It tests different answers every time you try it and you can even put a fake stone and real stone and trip it up. I’m so dissatisfied
