Excellent Chair - Bad Instructions.
I specifically wanted/needed a new chair with a mesh back and seat; have Fibromyalgia so our internal thermostats are broke, a foam cushion holds way to much heat for me. The chair is very comfortable, adjusts quite easily, the lower back support is spot-on for me. It seem very stable.It assembled easily however - the instructions are a nightmare. I've attached a picture - to size- of the first two steps, the most important ones. You flat out cannot SEE what to do. I used a big lighted magnifying ring and even then it wasn't clear. Thin, thin diagram lines, broken in places, no blow-out sections showing details. I even looked online for clearer details, but could not find anything. As it is, I think there's a mistake on them, as they did not call for use of 4 of the washers - and I firmly believe they are needed.

Modern Office
The chair is very nice and modern. It is the perfect size for my office. I love being able to lift the arm rests when they are not needed. It also allows me to slide the chair all the way under my small desk. The biggest con for me is the seat. It is mesh like the back of the chair. The chair would have been 5 stars for me, but I feel somewhat numb in my butt and leg area after sitting for a while. I think the cushion in the arm rests could have been used for the seat cushion to add more comfort. I did not return the chair because it does provide good back support and I enjoy the reclining feature, so I just place a blanket on the seat for better cushion support when I am seated for an extended period of time.

Critical Flaw - please read before purchase
I've had this chair for about 3 months now and want to provide an update.Initially the chair is comfortable and operates well. Over time there are a couple items that have become worn including squeaking from the spring mechanism (to lean back) and most notably the edges of the mesh are coming loose and I am sinking down or leaning back too far. The mesh coming loose from the edges is a critical flaw and makes this chair unusable over time. Until this is confirmed resolved by the manufacturer, I would highly suggest not purchasing this product.

Like other users, the mesh for the seat is starting to separate from the frame.. Otherwise its a solid chair, though too overpriced for the quality unfortunately.

Poorly made - do not recommend.
I have had this chair for a few weeks. After the third day of use I started feeling the chair sag a little and figured the mesh was settling. After the second week I started noticing a small hole on the chair where the mesh connects. Today the mesh has separated to the point of a 2 inch hole and the left side of the mesh sags considerably. I weigh 160 lbs. This is not a quality chair and probably worth a quarter of what is being charged.

chair poorly made in less than 10 months
purchased this chair for office use seat is falling apart and is no longer considered safe the mesh is coming out of the seat the person sitting in the chair is average height and weight 145 lbs!

Just don't
I was happy with my purchase for about a week, but as another person noted the fabric on the back quickly pulled out of the groove with only a week of use. In addition there is a loud squeak which WD-40 only fixes for about a day then it returns.
