**Q: Will these boots develop cracks after extended wear?**
A: I have had mine for about 8-10 years and wear them every time it rains. They just now have started cracking on top of the foot. Sadly they are no longer waterproof. Getting a replacement now.

**Q: Can you wear these boots as snow boots?**
A: Yes, I bought the sock liners that go with the boot
and my daughter wore them in Montana this Christmas.
P.S.  There was plenty of snow ❄️

**Q: What is difference in the round toe and close toe round toe**
A: I don't know.  You might want to check the "Hunter" website.

**Q: Are the Navy boots matte or shiny? The photos show both matte navy and shiny navy.**
A: They are more matte than shiny
