I'm single and like the idea of fresh brewed coffee but living alone, I didn't want to make a full pot at once. I considered buying a 4-cup coffee maker but then I saw this and thought it would be perfect. I've been using one of these to make coffee in my home for over 6 months at this point and am very happy with the coffee I make with this.On quality, I will say this: I bought 2 of these to use at home. I live alone and used one all the time but after about a month, the cone part broke off the bottom disk that covers the cup. Apparently the solder points weren't great and broke after using it for a while. I started using the second one regularly and it's been working fine since then (around 4 months or so now?). Although I was rather pissed about the first one breaking, the second one has stood up to long usage so it seems like these are a good quality in general. But the first one breaking is the reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5.

I SO like this little guy!! Especially when I only want ONE cup and don't want to go through all that with my Kuissential French press pot. (I would only buy from this company, Kuissential, as they are so personable and service minded to buy from) Just boil my water. Rest 2-3 minutes. Pour about 3-4T water to try to get a moment of steep. Then SLOWLY pour remaining water to fill cup to where I want it! All the coffee drips down sides or straight on through. None on counter! Run some through again, if not strong enough. I LOVE IT!!NOTE: Did not notice til December, when we ordered another set, that I did not get the coffee measure with my original order. Will try to contact seller.

This is just what I was looking for. All Stainless and proper sized holes for easy cleanup. The scoop is just right for making a single cup o joe. I use a paper filter though and this makes cleaning more easy. If there was anything I would change to it would be; make the rim on the bottom of the filter stick out more so that the filter might not slip off the cup top. While mine has not fallen off the cup the this one might also the cushioned grip makes it easy to hold while filling with hot water and removing to empty. I can't believe how small the holes are in this and uniform too.

Works as advertised, seems sturdy after a month of use, it's hard to go back to KCups or a drip machine!March edit - down to four stars: the filter has gummed up with something and now a cup of coffee takes about an hour to make. Vinegar cleaning didn't work and anything more involved isn't really worth it to me. Keep in mind if you're buying this for convenience you may only get a few months out of it!

I loved it until the coffee wouldn't run through anymore. I cleaned after every use, I soaked in baking soda and vinegar, and even ran in dishwasher, but there's no way to get out the wayward grounds that get stuck between the mesh filters. I can't see the grounds but that must be what's causing the clog. I might order another and just use a paper filter so that I can still make individual cups of coffee.

I'm new to pour over, and wanted something that was easy to use, easy to clean and very high quality. I did not want to mess around with filters. This might be one of the best products I've ordered on Amazon. Very high quality stainless steel, including the measuring spoon. The mesh is SO fine, that I get zero sediment in my coffee. Very easy to use on a single cup, or over my french press jar for multiple cups. Clean up is emptying the grounds into the trash and a simple rinse with hot water. Every few uses we was with soap. Excellent product, and great value for the $$. Makes a very good cup of coffee.

For the first time in many years we were going camping with out my brother in law and his RV. The most important thing we needed to purchase was a coffee maker. Since we weren't going to have any electricity or generator we decided to try this. Worked like a charm. Took a little bit to figure out how strong to make it but once we figured that out, it was like a cup of heaven in our hands. Camping without the RV now is going to happen a lot more because of this little, amazing gem

I love this thing. I use very little grounds now. I drink a single cup in the morning. No more waste! My only complaint is that it needs to be run through the dishwasher twice a week. Hsndwashing seems to level invisible remnants which slows down the filtration

The product performed exactly the way it was described and was extremely easy to clean. I simply dumped the coffee grounds in the trash and rinsed the stainless steel filter with hot water and it was clean.

Instead of filtering all of the water through all of the coffee grounds, the water passes through the sides of the cone, some of which doesn't come in contact with the coffee grounds. Despite the holes, some of the coffee filtrate runs over the bottom disc and out of the cup. The scoop is nice.

I initially loved this little device but within one week and only one small drop of about 2 feet to a hard counter top, the top rim broke loose from the body. The bottom ring seems to be well constructed enough with four spot welds that appear to be substantial. The top ring, probably due to considerations of overall appearance, has what appears to be very small spots every inch or so around the rim. I'm not sure if they were/are small welds or merely points of compression. Either way, they failed after only very limited use. The device still works, but does not work as I had hoped. We have had far more failures than successes with this apparently simple thing. It doesn't let the water filter through well, and we typically end up waiting forever for the cup to finally filter through, at which point it is cold and has to be reheated. We have tried all different types of grinds on the coffee, cleaned it as many ways as we can think of, but it just doesn't ever leave us with a hot cup of coffee in anything like a reasonable amount of time. We were pretty disappointed.

I was very excited about the idea of having quick, delicious coffee without having to use a paper filter. This filter worked great when I first got it, but now has gotten extremely sluggish and I usually have to dump the cone because it stops dripping. Very disappointed, and now I'll have to get something to replace it.

It worked great for a few weeks. Over time, i think the screen has gotten clogged, even though I clean it thoroughly after each use. Now, it takes so long to brew that the coffee isn't hot enough by the time the mug is full. I bought this to conserve and not waste paper filters, but now I'm getting one of those instead. Also, as the unit warms up, the little rubber handle slips off which can be dangerous. I've almost dropped it a few times, which can result in spilling hot coffee all over yourself. Skip this one and get something else.
