Lithium batteries that have the same amp hour rating as a lead acid battery actually deliver twice the time in use that a lead acid battery does. Also, a golf cart draws either 56 or 75 amps, depending on whether it is 48 or 36 volt. So, a lead acid battery with a 100 AH rating will run a 56 Amp (48 volt) golf cart for about 50 minutes. A 100 AH Lithium battery will run the same golf cart 100 minutes. The reason is lead acid voltage drops as the current is drawn while a Lithium stays at pretty much a constant voltage. So, if you hook the batteries up correctly to get your 48 volts ( 4 batteries connected in series which means positive to negative to positive to negative to positive to negative, everything will work just fine. In my case, I was powering up a motorhome. What I had before was 8 100AH lead acid batteries connected in parallel which provided me with 800AH or 400 AH of usable battery. I replaced that with two 300 AH Lithium batteries which took up less space, weighs considerably less and yet gave me 600 AH of usable power instead of the 400 that I had before!! I have now used it several times boondocking and they work great. I have a 4000 Watt pure sine wave inverter so I can run the entire motorhome for several days without having to run the generator. Nice!!!! I had to change my older charge controller which does not allow for no float voltage that a Lithium battery uses, but after that, all I had to do was set the controller for lithium batteries and the charge is taken care of. If you have a newer rig, you should already have that setting available. Check with your charge controller manufacturer if you are not sure. The batteries work perfectly and I am very happy with them. I would highly recommend them. I emailed the seller (address on card) and requested the charger. I mentioned I would leave feedback once I had a chance to use the battery, but I have not yet done that. I received a response within a few hours saying my charger would be shipped out today. So, maybe no fake review, maybe a great value battery and customer service. I only leave honest reviews. **Q: What size are the terminal bolts?** A: Correct size is actually M8-1.25 and not just M8. It's variation of M8. Most hardware stores carry by M8 and M8-1.25. **Q: Can i use a large inverter, say 2000w, with the 100AH baterry?** A: Unfortunate to see such a disingenuous answer from the seller. 12V inverters are trash regardless of who's battery you have behind it, so they could have been honest but no. Here's the ugly truth. By the information on their own product page, the 100AH battery has a max output of 1000W. This is odd for 2 reasons: 1. You cant size batteries and inverters by matching numbers, you have to have a far larger battery to power a smaller (half at least and probably even not enough for at most 40ish minutes of run at its full capacity) wattage 12V inverter, so in reality, the battery is less than half what you would want for 1000W inverter, much less a 2000W one AND 2. Watts=Amps*Volts Assuming we all go along with the nominal 12V (its going to be higher most of the time with lifepo4 though) we get 100A * 12V= 1200W. But the seller says you only get 1000W. Maybe those other 200W got left at the neighbors in another package? If you must have a 2000W inverter on 100Ah batteries, and you actually have an inverter that size because you have a load that needs it, you probably need another 3 100Ah to string in a 4P (4 batteries in Parallel) set up to run for anything more than, at absolute best, 30mins. You can only have a 4P setup, again, according to the seller's own amazon page. Bottom line: 12V inverters are trash tier, so while you may be able to technically get a 2000W 12V inverter to flash its On LED, probably not getting much else and its disappointing to see the seller give you an answer that will leave you stranded, especially when it is NOT a failing of a 12V battery, but rather the physical (as in the laws that govern physics) complexities of electricity that make use of 12V inverters, again, trash tier. The heinousness of the situations lessons a good deal when you go up to higher voltages, such as a 24V battery, which this seller sells, so again they could have told you the truth and to buy their 24V battery, but no, they gave you the answer you wanted to hear. But there are a few substandard batteries mixed in with batteries that perform perfectly. You’ll need to identify the bad performing batteries quickly in order to exchange them. Customer service is pretty good, very responsive. The ones that work are every bit as good as similar batteries that sell for several hundred dollars more per unit. So, it’s worth sorting out the duds - just be sure to do it quickly. Run a capacity test at a minimum, and a self-discharge rate test if you have time. If any of them behave “strangely” along their charge-discharge curves, exchange those batteries immediately.
