Bad manufacturing and no customer service
This produce shipped 4 MONTHS late. I ordered in December for Christmas and it showed up in April. And I still haven't been able to put it together because the pieces don't fit together. When I asked for a replacement part, their 'customer service' was an e-mail saying "sometimes the powder coating is too thick, so just sand it down". I'm a housewife, not a manufacturer...I don't have power sanders lying around my house. Plus I asked for additional directions, and they sent me a link to a 12 year old kid putting one together. Also not helpful.
