Robogrip/applied Concepts 30018 Plier With Curve Jaw 7"

I have had a pair of these pliers for years. I love them, and so do my neighbors. After one neighbor borrowed them for the umpteenth time (yes, umpteenth is a number) I decided to just gift him his own pair. (I am officially the worlds greatest neighbor) They came on time, actually a day early, and they are exactly as advertised. A great working, versatile, and practical tool. The first thing he did? Use them to open an especially tough cap to a 1-liter bottle of Diet Coke. Then he used them to tighten some bolts on his bathroom sink. (He has arthritis and these work great.) So buy them and use them for many years, or let your neighbors use them.

I moved into a new apartment and this was a must have. It's solidly built and the rubber grip is incredibly comfortable. 7 inches and its a good size grip width for even smaller thin hands.It's also something I recommend every oil painter should have. Finally able to use some old colors thst the old wrench couldn't get open. This robogrip works just as well as the same thing re branded shipping rebranded by Sears that my father owns.Shipping was perfect as well. It's able to do work that an regular rubber gripper to help me open things can't do. Recommended for everyone!

These are the best thing since sliced bread.I use them in place of a crescent wrench constantly now. They do have teeth so on anything soft they might not be advised but for grabbing a nut or bolt quickly, without having to manually adjust the size, and wrenching it open, they do the job great. They are well made and the mechanism is amazing. It automatically locks down around whatever your grab when you squeeze, which for many delicate tasks on cameras and their accessories is perfect. I don't have to figure out the size and it prevents me from over-squeezing and damaging a component like I often did with normal pliers.

I purchased this 7" robogrip tool after seeing a recommendation online and reading the three reviews on here. After it arrived I liked it so much I purchased the 9" as well. Between these two they will cover most sizes needed. They are very well designed and I believe they will last a life time. If at any point they fail, I will update the review. They are comfortable to use as well and the fact that they spring open is definitely useful.

Great product

Robo grips are one of my most valued household, kitchen, tools. I am old, with feeble arthritic hands and I need help opening various items. These pliers are easy to use one handed and enable me to open everything that I previously found impossible. (There is a larger version for bigger opening challenges). I also keep a pair in the car for any time that I might face a difficult- to -open problem, and for gas caps that have been over-tightened. Great tool! Wouldn't be without it!

I've used my Robogrip for 30-plus years and it's hands-down one of the 5 best tools I own. I use it more than all my other wrenches and pliers combined. They are super strong and I would bet the house they will perform for another 30 years. I bought them for my sons when they moved out!

Bought this for use at work, sometimes I have to remove the connections from car batteries with heavy gloves on. I like it because there's little dexterity necessary to use and helps to get the job done fast. A year of occasional use and still works pretty well.
