I have only been taking the Ashwagandha Extract for a week or so. I definitely have seen an improvement in mood and anxiety levels. A definite reduction in stress. I have seen a significant improvement in sleep. My blood pressure seems to be lower, however I have not checked it.In general a substantial improvement in overall well being.

I have ADHD and prescription medications don’t work for me. ( Adderall gives me heart palpitations). So I was at my wits end as far as trying meditation that worked for me. Until my boyfriend let me take these. Immediately, I could tell the effects of these. I am focused and I can concentrate, no problem! (Keep in mind I also take Women’s Rainbow Lite multi vitamin (which is far cheaper in health food stores.)

I am using this for thyroid support. I have only been taking it for a week, but I'm starting to notice an increase in my energy. I am excited about the many things that I'm reading that Ashwagandha Root can do for your immune system and blood pressure as well.

I love this product. It really worked for me with my panic attacks. I know everyone is different but this was a life saver for me. I highly recommend this product if you have a lot of stress and anxiety.

I wish I had discovered Ashwagandha sooner in life. It has allowed me to stop taking medicines for depression and anxiety which were giving me side effects. I realize that products work differently for everyone. But for me this is an answer to prayers.

Been taking Ashwagandha for a few months now. Slowly increasing dosage. I really like this product. I am taking 1 capsule three times a day and can really tell a difference in my anxiety level. Just feel better in general. Have more energy and sleep much better at night with no morning grogginess. Will keep buying this one.

After a couple months of taking this I was ready to stop taking prescription anti depressants. That's a very good thing.

I bought this because of all the reviews about how it would help with relaxation and sleep... It doesn't help me in any of the ways it seems to help others but we are all different in how we respond to a product. It does muscle test clean so that is a super must for me so for that reason it gets a 5 star from me.
